Chief Marketing Officer
The CMO is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and execution of the organization’s marketing and advertising initiatives. The CMO ensures the Humans to Humans message is distributed across channels and to target audiences in order to spread program awareness.
Creation of marketing strategies to support the organization’s overall strategies and
Design and coordinate promotional campaigns, PR and other marketing efforts across
channels to promote Humans to Humans.
Create a solid network of strategic partnerships for the promotion of the organization’s
brand and the generation of new applicants.
Prepare and distribute bi-weekly newsletters to promote the success of the Program.
Plan, implement, manage, monitor, and upgrade the organization’s website.
Timeline: June 1st, 2021 – May 1st, 2022
Hours: 12 – 15 hours/week
The Recruitment Officer is responsible for attracting and recruiting suitable entrepreneur and student candidates to the Humans to Humans Program. Serves Under Chief Operations Officer.
Design and implement the overall recruitment strategy for entrepreneur and student applicants for the Humans to Humans programs.
Source and attract candidates through partnerships, databases and social media.
Foster relationships with entrepreneurial partners to procure entrepreneur applicants.
Develop partnerships with University organizations to procure student applicants.
Provide marketing materials to partner organizations to further promote the Program.
Timeline: July 1st – November 30th, 2021
Hours: 10 hours/week
Social Media Specialist
The Social Media Specialist is responsible for designing graphic material, posting content on social media, and attracting customers via social media. Serves Under Chief Marketing Officer.
Produce content and posts to spread brand awareness and attract potential applicants.
Increase traffic and appeal to target audiences.
Implementing the social media strategy created by the CMO to increase brand awareness
and improve marketing efforts.
Hours: 3 hours/week
